Mijie TikTok Creator Outreach Assistant is designed for TikTok Shop creator operations. It helps authorized shops run creator invitations, creator messages, order-buyer messages, and runtime status synchronization in the browser.
本隐私政策说明秘界官网、运行中心、后台 API 与浏览器扩展在提供上述服务时如何收集、使用、存储和保护相关数据。
This Privacy Policy explains how the Mijie website, workspace, backend APIs, and browser extension collect, use, store, and protect data when providing these services.
二、我们收集的数据

账号与店铺信息：包括秘界账号、登录状态、授权店铺标识、店铺名称、站点、团队成员或权限信息，用于识别用户和已授权店铺。
Account and shop information: Mijie account details, login status, authorized shop identifiers, shop names, regions, team members, or permission data used to identify the user and authorized shops.
任务与运行数据：包括用户在秘界后台创建的任务配置、任务进度、运行状态、执行日志、失败原因、结果同步记录和必要的诊断信息。
Task and runtime data: task configuration created in the Mijie workspace, task progress, runtime status, execution logs, failure reasons, result synchronization records, and necessary diagnostic information.
TikTok 页面业务内容：当用户打开受支持的 TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate 页面并执行任务时，插件可能读取达人、商品、订单、店铺、邀约计划、消息窗口等与当前任务直接相关的页面内容。
TikTok page business content: when the user opens supported TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate pages and runs a task, the extension may read page content directly related to that task, such as creators, products, orders, shops, invitation plans, and message windows.
通讯内容：包括用户配置的消息模板、达人私信、订单买家私信、发送结果、回复状态和与任务执行相关的沟通记录。
Communication content: message templates configured by the user, creator messages, order-buyer messages, sending results, reply status, and communication records related to task execution.
三、我们如何使用数据
3. How We Use Data
我们仅为实现插件和秘界运行中心的单一用途使用数据：识别授权账号与店铺、加载任务、在用户授权页面执行任务、展示运行状态、同步日志和任务结果、排查故障并改进服务稳定性。
We use data only for the single purpose of the extension and Mijie workspace: identifying authorized accounts and shops, loading tasks, executing tasks on user-authorized pages, displaying runtime status, synchronizing logs and results, troubleshooting, and improving service stability.
我们不会出售用户数据，不会将用户数据用于信用评估、贷款、广告画像或与本产品单一用途无关的目的。
We do not sell user data. We do not use user data for credit evaluation, lending, advertising profiling, or purposes unrelated to the product’s single purpose.
四、数据共享与第三方服务

插件连接秘界后台 API，并在用户主动打开和授权的 TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate 页面中运行。为完成用户创建的任务，相关数据可能在用户浏览器、秘界服务器和 TikTok 页面之间传输。
The extension connects to Mijie backend APIs and runs on TikTok Shop Seller / Affiliate pages that the user opens and authorizes. To complete user-created tasks, related data may be transmitted between the user’s browser, Mijie servers, and TikTok pages.
除服务运行、合规要求、故障排查或用户明确授权外，我们不会向无关第三方出售或共享用户数据。
Except for service operation, compliance requirements, troubleshooting, or explicit user authorization, we do not sell or share user data with unrelated third parties.
五、数据存储与安全
5. Storage and Security
插件可能在浏览器本地存储登录状态、授权信息、任务配置、运行进度检查点和用户偏好，以保证任务流程可恢复并减少重复配置。
The extension may store login state, authorization information, task configuration, runtime checkpoints, and user preferences locally in the browser to keep workflows recoverable and reduce repeated configuration.
秘界服务器会保存完成服务所必需的账号、店铺、任务、日志和结果数据。我们采取访问控制、传输加密和必要的权限隔离措施来保护数据安全。
Mijie servers store account, shop, task, log, and result data necessary to provide the service. We use access control, encrypted transmission, and necessary permission separation to protect data.
六、用户选择与数据删除
6. User Choices and Deletion
用户可以停止任务、退出登录、移除浏览器扩展或在秘界后台取消店铺授权。取消授权后，插件将不再对该店铺执行新的任务。
Users may stop tasks, sign out, remove the browser extension, or revoke shop authorization in the Mijie workspace. After authorization is revoked, the extension will no longer execute new tasks for that shop.
如需删除账号、店铺授权记录、任务日志或其他相关数据，请通过本政策中的联系方式提交请求。我们会在合理时间内处理符合法律法规和服务安全要求的删除请求。
To request deletion of account data, shop authorization records, task logs, or other related data, contact us using the information in this policy. We will process deletion requests that comply with legal, regulatory, and service security requirements within a reasonable time.
